Christian Moriarty works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, ethics, and law, helping institutions navigate the real demands of responsible AI governance. What connects everything he does is a commitment to getting institutional decisions right: procedurally sound, clearly reasoned, and fair to the people they affect.

He is a Professor of Ethics and Law at St. Petersburg College, a licensed member of the Florida Bar, and a doctoral researcher whose work focuses on AI policy and academic integrity. He serves as a Director of the International Center for Academic Integrity and as Ethics and Governance Lead for the Florida AI Learning Consortium, engaging institutions, practitioners, and policymakers across the United States and internationally. He has taught and lectured at Riga Technical University in Latvia, where he developed and delivered curriculum on academic integrity for doctoral students and their supervisors.
